Please note that all custom orders are based off of measurements and ideas given by the customer. If you receive the item and find that we did not make the item to specifications given, please shoot us an email for resolution. We can ship and repair/make a new item for free upon receiving the old one. 

Non-custom orders that are deemed defective will be shipped back to us and either refunded, repaired or replaced. 

Exchanges for non-custom items that are not used can be made at shipping cost plus or minus the price difference of product.
